1. Hi, we’re ARbahy LTD Store  and welcome! We’re happy to have you here and we hope you enjoy your stay. When we say ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘ARbahy LTD Store  ’ it’s because that’s who we are and we own and run the ARbahy LTD Store  sites.

2. ARbahy LTD Store  ecosystem of digital marketplaces helps millions of people around the world get creative and earn online. When you create an account and accept these terms you become a member of our community. You will have an ARbahy LTD Store  account that will allow you to buy and sell items like the ones found on the ARbahy LTD Store  sites and make other related transactions.

3. The ARbahy LTD Store  sites are platforms that allow members to buy and sell licenses to use digital items like website themes, production music, motion graphics project files, software code, vectors, images and much, much more. On ARbahy LTD Store  , buyers and authors (sellers) transact with each other directly and we provide the platform to allow the transactions to happen. If you have an ARbahy LTD Store  account, any transactions are logged on your member’s statement, which records the payments made by you to authors via ARbahy LTD Store  (as a buyer) and by buyers via ARbahy LTD Store  to you (as an author)

 Transacting as a buyer:

4. If you have an ARbahy LTD Store  account, you can make payments by using the ‘Buy Now’ function or by using any existing ARbahy Exchange in your ARbahy LTD Store  account.

5. ARbahy Exchange: Existing  ARbahy Exchange (paypal,perfect,payeer)  can only be used to pay for ARbahy LTD Store  transactions. We do not refund any monies originally placed into your ARbahy LTD Store  account to buy ARbahy Exchange (but you may have rights under an applicable consumer law, which we don’t exclude).

6. If you choose to buy using any existing ARbahy Exchange, the total price will be deducted from your ARbahy Exchange. If you haven’t used your ARbahy Exchange within 12 months they may expire from the date of purchase. See section 24 for details about the expiry of  ARbahy Exchange.

7. When using Buy Now you will be redirected to a payment method provider.

8. Currency conversion costs: You are responsible for all costs of currency conversion relating to a transaction on ARbahy LTD Store. Your financial institution does the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees (we don’t control either the conversion rates or your financial institution’s fees).

This means that you may incur additional costs when purchasing from ARbahy LTD Store, which we have no control over.

9. Terms of buying: When you buy an  ARbahy LTD Store item you’re doing so on the following terms:

a.    you warrant to us and the author that you have carefully considered the suitability of your chosen license, and that you have chosen appropriately;

b.    you cannot cancel a completed purchase of an item;

c.    we and the authors do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available on ARbahy LTD Store so you should download and save the item as soon as you buy it;

d.   once you buy or download an item and the item has been paid for, you acquire a non-exclusive license to use the item under the terms set out in the license (non-exclusive means others might also license the same item);

e.    the author retains ownership of the item;

f.     your relevant details may be provided to the author of the item in order to facilitate the transaction, for example for invoicing and item support services; and

g.    we have the right to enforce against you the terms of the license that you have acquired from an author.

Linking; apps made by others

10. Linking to the ARbahy LTD Store: We’d be delighted if you decide to link to ARbahy LTD Store from other sites but you have to link to a full version of a page and not link directly to an image or file hosted on ARbahy LTD Store. That includes no "in-line" linking methods resulting in images hosted on ARbahy LTD Store being displayed on other sites. You must not "frame" any ARbahy LTD Store pages by surrounding those pages with someone else’s content, materials or branding. We reserve the right to insist that any link to the ARbahy LTD Store be discontinued, and to revoke your ability to link to the ARbahy LTD Store.

11. Links from the ARbahy LTD Store: The ARbahy LTD Store sites may contain links to other non-ARbahy sites. We have no control or responsibility over anything on those sites, and do not endorse or sponsor those sites, even if they are affiliated to us.

12. Third party developers: We welcome the contribution of our members and broader community, who offer applications that work with ARbahy LTD Store. You will need to form your own view about these applications and their developers; we’re not able to warrant or endorse those applications and disclaim liability relating to these applications.

Purchasing

13.  Please refer to the Payment Terms for making Payments through the ARbahy LTD Store platform and to learn about fees and taxes.

14.  In addition, Buyers can request a Custom Order which addresses specific Buyer requirements, and receive a Custom Offer from Sellers through the site or through ARbahy LTD Store.

15.  You may not offer Sellers to pay, or make payment using any method other than through the ARbahy LTD Store.com site. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately to Customer Support.

ORDERS

Basics

16.  Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created and given a unique ARbahy LTD Store order number.

17.  Sellers must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the Deliver Work button according to the service that was purchased.

18.  The Deliver Work button may not be abused by Sellers to circumvent Order guidelines described in these Terms of Service. Using the “Deliver Work” button when an Order was not fulfilled may result in a cancellation of that Order after review, affect the Seller’s rating and result in a warning to Seller.

19.  An Order is marked as Complete after it is marked as Delivered and then accepted by a Buyer. An Order will be automatically marked as Complete if not accepted and no request for modification was submitted within 3 days after the Order was marked as Delivered.

20.  We encourage our Buyers and Sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails after using the Resolution Center or if you encounter non-permitted usage on the Site, users can contact ARbahy LTD Store Customer Support department for assistance. For more information about disputes, Order cancellations and refunds please refer to the Payment Terms.

21.  Orders are completed once payment is made by the Buyer.

a.     Any guidance we provide as part of our Services, such as pricing, shipping, listing, and sourcing is solely informational and you may decide to follow it or not. Also, while we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes through various programs, ARbahy LTD Store has no control over and does not guarantee: the existence, quality, safety or legality of items advertised; the truth or accuracy of users' content or listings; the ability of sellers to sell items; the ability of buyers to pay for items; or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction or return an item.

b.    Sellers must meet ARbahy LTD Store minimum performance standards. Failure to meet these standards may result in ARbahy LTD Store charging you additional fees, and/or limiting, restricting, suspending, or downgrading your seller account.

22.  Seller fees don't purchase exclusive rights to item exposure on our Services. We may display third-party advertisements or other content in any part of our Services, in our sole discretion and without consent from, or payment, fee reduction, or other credit to, sellers.

23.  We may provide you with optional recommendations to consider when creating your listings. Such recommendations may be based on the aggregated sales and performance history of similar sold and current listings; results may vary for individual listings. To drive the recommendations experience, you agree that we may display the sales and performance history of your individual listings to other sellers.
